At Heartwise Ministries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will do our best to make it right.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in like-new condition and include all original packaging and materials.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@heartwisesolutions.co with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund (excluding original shipping charges) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We strive to be reasonable and understanding in every situation. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us right away so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
