My first Precepts class was yesterday actually it was a brief introduction for the newbies (of whom I am one) to a nine week study of the book of Esther. I don’t believe it was a coincidence your post began with that verse it’s been on my mind since yesterday evening. In the class I was aware of forces trying to undermine my determination self-doubt, that old shyness demon, fear of appearing ignorant, etc. But, there was something more sinister, a presence I could almost see. I’ve been talking to myself’ all day because most people around here would think I’d gone off the deep end if I’d actually voiced my thoughts. I know I’m in the midst of spiritual warfare. My prayers are with you, your family and all those around you. I ask for yours.
